HOW MANY ARE THERE IN THE BAND?
We offer a wide variety of band size options to fit the style, size, and budget of your event. Depending on your needs, we can provide Tom Sartori as a solo one-man band, duo, trio, 4-piece, 5-piece, 6-piece, and all the way up to an 11-piece band. We also custom-tailor the song selection, energy, and overall vibe to match each client’s vision and create the perfect atmosphere for the event.
HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY FOR?
Performance time can be customized to fit each client’s needs. Corporate events are generally between 1 and 3 hours, while weddings typically range from 4 to 6 hours depending on whether you would like us to provide music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We’re flexible, and all performance times can be tailored to suit your event.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on the band size, performance length, and type of event. Rates can range from around $1,500 for a solo performance to $20,000 for a full band. Our most popular solo and duo options for private events typically fall between $1,500 and $5,000. Or wedding packages run anywhere from 10k to 25k
HOW FAR CAN YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. We travel internationally and have performed in over 95 countries. Most quotes already factor in travel costs. If additional travel expenses are required, they will be clearly listed in the quote as a separate item. We believe in complete transparency, with no hidden charges.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM?
This very much depends on the band size. Solo act can fit pretty much anywhere. Full 8 piece band would fit tightly into a 12' x 16'
DO YOU BRING A PA SYSTEM? DO YOU BRING LIGHTING?
We handle equiptment rental for smaller events. Large events sometime required a seperate sound/ light company
DO YOU PROVIDE A MICROPHONE FOR SPEECHES?
Yes, we do provide a wireless mic for the party
HOW SOON IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Early the better. For weddings and large events we recommend booking a year in advance
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
